Pai Gaw
This is a Chinese variation of Poker. In a deck of 53, joker included, you are dealt with seven cards and must beat the dealer with your high hand which is a five card combo and a low hand which is a pair. The joker can be used to complete the straight, flush, straight-flush, or be used as an ace.
