Known as "Littlefinger" he is the Master of Coin in King Robert Baratheon's Small Council. As a young man he was in love with Catelyn Stark nee Tully and fought Neddard Stark's brother Brandon for her hand. He makes most of his money by owning brothels, but has an extensive network of spies.
