In a land or maritime convoy, communications (a) that is among the elements of the convoy, (b) includes radio, visual, and sound transmissions, (c) in which radio intervehicle or intership communications are usually by radiotelephone using the receipt method of operation, (d) in which the convoy commander vehicle or ship usually has the net-control station aboard and (e) that usually use a single assigned frequency.
