• Reviews records indicating shipper parcel volume, claims for damaged and lost parcels, and deficiencies in parcel preparation for pickup and delivery.
• Discusses service to shippers with assigned representatives to develop plans of service.
• Meets with, or directs representatives to meet with, shippers to resolve problems in wrapping and handling of parcels and relationships between firm's employees and shippers.
• Assigns representatives to solicit prospective accounts.
• Evaluates performance and productivity of workers and reports to management.
• Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
