The maximum trade value is not calculated for accounts which have (1) sold uncovered calls to open (2) sold uncovered puts to open (3) sold covered puts to open in a cash account or (4) complex option strategies. When either the current order, an open order, or an executed order includes one of these four order types, the maximum trade value ("Equity Checks") warnings are not performed for the account. Maximum trade values for the account are not displayed. The message which appears within the Warnings Box specifies whether the current order, an open order or an executed order contains one of these four order types.
