WCW is a hashtag used often on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and other social media sites. It stands for Woman Crush Wednesday. Users will use this tag on photos uploaded of women whom they find attractive or appealing (have a crush on). Photos are often uploaded in a light-hearted / admiring way. Sometimes a user will uploaded a not-so-good photo of a friend, who they know won't be happy, as a joke. This is very similar to MCM, or Man Candy Monday / Man Crush Monday, where users upload photos of men whom they find attractive.
